Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Warmline since 2014, which makes him our longest-serving field tech. He came to us from residential framing, so he reads a house the way a mapmaker reads terrain. Attic insulation, air sealing, wall insulation, removal and replacement, crawl space encapsulation – he’s handled every service category we offer in Cypress and the surrounding Orange County communities. Marcus holds certifications with Owens Corning and Rockwool installation standards, and he’s the guy we send when a homeowner says their energy bill spiked and nobody can figure out why. Outside of work, he rebuilds old Honda motorcycles in his garage, and his two daughters argue over which one gets to hand him tools on the weekends.
Dan R., Senior Installer & Crawl Space Specialist
Dan joined Warmline in 2017 after a decade in HVAC installation, and he’s the reason our crawl space encapsulation and vapor barrier work gets done right the first time. He’s comfortable in spaces most people won’t even look into, and he keeps a running mental catalog of every crawl space in Cypress that’s ever given us trouble. Dan is our lead on Radiant Barrier Installation and spray foam jobs, and he’s certified through Icynene and Demilec for closed-cell and open-cell applications. He’s also the team’s unofficial weather watcher, because shooting foam in coastal humidity takes a different touch than it does on a dry Santa Ana day. Ask him about the time a neighbor’s cat followed him into a crawl space in Los Alamitos, and he’ll tell you that’s why we always bring a flashlight and a sense of humor.
Luis S., Service Coordinator
Luis is the voice on the phone when you call Warmline at (657) 837-1179, and he’s been with us since 2019. He knows every job we do, what it costs, and how long it should take, which means when you call with a question about attic insulation or a blown-in estimate in Cypress, you get an answer from someone who actually understands the work. Luis schedules every visit, coordinates our single-visit completions, and keeps the 90-Day Done Right Promise moving when a follow-up is needed. Tommy A., Apprentice Installer
Tommy joined the crew in 2023 after two years with a general contractor, and he’s the youngest person on our team. He’s learning the trade under Marcus and Dan, working his way through blown-in insulation, attic cleaning and rodent proofing, and home energy audit walkthroughs. Tommy grew up in Buena Park, went to Western High School, and can tell you which houses in Cypress were built in the 1970s just by looking at the roofline. He’s sharp, careful, and not afraid to ask the question that saves us from a mistake. He’s also the only person on the crew who has ever gotten a foam nozzle stuck in a joist bay and lived to hear about it every single week since.
